Anton Lagankin – Senior software Engineer
Anton has 10 years of experience in developing systems for different environments and using several coding languages. He brings extreme expertise in assisting consumers and Java to the Vault team. Anton received a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Lobachevsky University in Russia.
David metzler – lead software Engineer
David started his career at Vault two years ago in a product management position and quickly fell in love with the software engineering side of the business. Over the past year and a half, he established a solid foundation in computer science and software engineering, while simultaneously completing a BS in Finance at DePaul University. David's responsibilities include the support of existing applications, unit integration, acceptance testing, as well as the development of new features and applications.
Vlad banishevskii –solutions architect
Vladimir Banishevskii is an advisory software developer at Vault Technologies. He assists with the development of Vault software infrastructure and currently works as a Software Engineer II at Expedia, Inc. Prior to this, Vladimir built a bio-metric voting system for the European Parliament and a package tracking and analytics system for the Poste Italiane (Italian Post Office). He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Milan in Italy.
Cody Koster – Customer Success Representative
At Vault Technologies, Cody helps dairy producers apply the software to their businesses. He grew up on a family dairy in northern Michigan, worked on the farm prior to joining Vault Technologies, and still travels back whenever he can. Cody uses this first-hand experience to connect with and help other producers as well as commercials and processors. He also serves as an analyst for Rice Dairy LLC, where he focuses on helping dairyman develop strategies to manage their price risk. Cody graduated from Michigan State University with an associate’s degree in Dairy Farm Management.
Ryan Yonkman – co-founder
As a partner at Vault, Ryan focuses on company growth, adding value to the program, and enhancing the user experience. He frequently draws on his own experience growing up and working on his family’s midsize dairy farm in northern Michigan. Ryan is also a dairy risk manager at Rice Dairy and focuses on helping dairy producers develop and execute their risk management strategies. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Hope College in western Michigan.
Zach Bowers – Finance & Project Manager
As a finance and project manager at Vault Technologies, Zach helps guide the development of new features for the software. He grew up working on hog and dairy farms in Northwest Indiana and brings this agricultural experience to his role. Zach also serves as an analyst for Rice Dairy LLC, where he focuses on dairy risk management. He graduated from Calvin College with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Brian Rice – CO-Founder & CEO
Brian Rice is the CEO of Vault Technologies as well as the founder and Co-Owner of Rice Dairy LLC, a dairy risk management firm in Chicago, IL. He started his career as an order clerk for First American Corp. and a trader for the Iowa Grain Company before founding Rice Dairy in 2002.
Fifteen years later, Rice Dairy LLC is now the leading brokerage firm in the dairy industry, offering consulting and brokerage services along with information products and educational resources.
Brian is also the director of Rice Dairy International Ltd, sits on the Board of Directors of the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) and is a member of the American Dairy Products Institute’s (ADPI) Price and Policy Task Force.
Pete Turk – Co-founder
Peter Turk is the Co-Owner of Vault Technologies as well as Rice Dairy LLC, a dairy brokerage firm in Chicago IL. Turk started his career in the commodities industry at Staley Commodities, an agricultural clearing firm. He served a variety of roles in the industry, including most notably as Principal and Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Iowa Grain Company, before joining Rice Dairy in 2005.
Pete is currently a registered floor broker at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and previously served on the Board of Directors for the National Introducing Brokers Association (NIBA) for several terms. He has a strong background in agricultural markets and a successful track record in operational improvement and new business development.
